At Heritage Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering quality attars and perfume oils. Due to the nature of fragrance products, our refund and return policy is outlined clearly below.

Returns

Perfume and attar products are personal-use items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product received is leaking or broken during transit

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved, a refund will be processed. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Fragrance preference or personal dislike

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If an order is cancelled before shipping, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with order details and supporting images. We will review the case and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
